Top DVD's to Entertain the Family in the Car

With the summer holiday's ahead and your annual family road trip planned, you lay back and relax till the day you escape the house. However, there are few things you will need to plan, particularly if you have little ones.
Children can be exhausting, especially when stuck in a car, bored for what seems forever to them. You and the wife, exhausted, wished you brought something to keep them entertained. Planning a few forms of entertainment will leaves the kid's diverted for a good few hours and you able to relax on the journey. The best way to keep them entertained is by playing games together and putting on theirs and yours favourite DVDs on the car DVD player or car audio system (if combined). The DVD player is not only for them either, as it the passenger can sit back, relax and enjoy a movie too. Here are a few suggestions for car journeys, which will keep your loved ones entertained.
Cars (2006)
A young racecar discovers new life lessons as he finds himself away from the racetrack and in a cozy town of small-town cars. Funny, lively and a giggle, it's bound to make your kid's laugh.
WALL-E (2008)
Easily one of most heart rendering and cute films in recent years. WALL-E, a waste robot who is left to clean up the world after a horrendous disaster embarks upon a journey that decides upon the fate of humanity. With a serious message and amazing animation, this film will keep everyone entertained and interested.
Herbie Fully Loaded (2005)
The modern version of this classic shows Lindsay Lohan as the new owner of Herbie -a car with a mind of its own. In this version, they race Herbie, so that he can become a NASCAR competitor. Fun and packed with action, this film will certainly catch everyone's attention.
Keeping you and your family entertained is particularly important on long journeys, as boredom and tedium can cause tantrums and bad moods. So instead of hearing several hours of 'are we there yet?' from the little voices in the back, put on a DVD and play family games to keep everyone happy and relaxed.
